This morning was d-day for the united/continental system merge which took place earlier this morning. So needless to say, the lineups were a little daunting and each position had 3 agents so together they could figure out how to check us in. All went well.
Customs decided I should be a random select, but when they found out I had no fruit, just chocolate bars, they told me to get going.
Nexus sure helps the security screening process, and speeds things up. Nice to get settled, with my Starbucks.
So, I board soon, but thought I would get this started so I can get the link to all of you and ready for the next post.
Off to Florida!!
Well, arrived about 4:45 and met my sister Gwen at baggage, got the rental car and arrived Sarasota about 6:30. Gwen took some great pictures of the Skyway bridge and our route over a long stretch of water...77F and very humid.
