A Blustery Day!

Stormy Morning on Crescent Beach

We were tired girls, and got to bed well after midnight, but up before 6 a.m. due to high winds, thunder and lightening...I thought I might sneak back to bed but alas not to be! Once the coffee hound was up and at 'em, we were up for the day. 


So we walked the beach shortly after 7 and had grit in our teeth and all in our hair. Walking north was deadly, but turning back home made walking almost a run. 


By the time we had breakfast the winds had died down a bit, and the clouds moved away and now we have a sunny day. Still windy - reminds me a bit of being in Maui...


Gweneth and I had an hour at the pool which is quite protected from the wind, and I had a wee nap.
